This hotel is conveniently located right next to a central mall, the downtown area, and local markets. It's situated in a typical Thai neighborhood, which adds to its charm. We really enjoyed the Thai food offered in the restaurant. 🍜.

After arriving at Khonkaen airport it took almost an hour to find the hotel. Went around in circles. A good map would have been appreciated.

We had a truly luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, being close to both the town center and the airport. It was convenient for us to explore the city and also easy to catch our flights. Despite being away from the main hustle and bustle, there were still plenty of shops and amenities nearby. The hotel provided excellent services including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. We were impressed with the airport shuttle and valet parking options as well. The rooms were well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and spacious dining table added to our comfort and convenience. The dining options at the in-house restaurant were superb, and we enjoyed the delicious in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Lastly, the staff here went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was near the town center, but away from the main action so it was quiet at night. The cleanliness was also great, as the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the staff did a fantastic job. The breakfast was also a highlight for me, as there was plenty of coffee and toast available for guests.

Convenient location, offering plenty of parking spaces nearby and easily accessible. the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area's best cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast was very disappointing with a limited choice of food, one of the worst I've tasted, so not worth trying. the hotel seems to need some updates, as the corridors were tiled and noisy.

The bed was comfy, shower was OK, TV had English channels, location was good. Clean room, hot shower water, convenient location. Plentiful breakfast coffee and toast.
